"This painting is very special to me. The golden highlights, rich colors, and deep texture brought a new emotion to my painting style. For me this painting is both the expression of an inner and external place. Harnessing the energy of a sunset or sunrise was part of my goal, so too was expressing inner joy and the appreciation of life and creation.
